Deepwater Florals

This abstract painting explores a submerged world where translucent organic forms drift like underwater flora suspended in motion. Washes of pigment create a sense of depth and fluidity, suggesting the pressure and weightlessness of the deep sea.

Forms appear to pulse and breathe, while hues shift subtly between iridescent greens, muted blues and pearlescent whites, reinforcing the sensation of light filtered through deep water.  Edges remain indistinct, as if the forms are continuously forming and unforming in a slow, organic rhythm.
