Lioness Resting

She rests and gathers her strength to hunt, with time to spare she grooms herself to stay clean and beautiful.  Remaining alert to guard against enemies who threaten the pride she keeps her young safe.  She lays down for a while in the shade, exhausted by the heat of the afternoon sun.
