New Forest

This painting visits a quiet clearing in the New Forest, where the woodland opens gently onto a distant horizon.  Shaded trees gather at the edges, framing a body of water that glows with a calm, dreamlike light.  There is a sense of pause here.  A moment for reflection, suspended between movement and stillness.
